Pre-party setup of games and prep for guests with packets including game cards and party bucks. Guests can participate in playing and being a "Carnie". It's lot's of fun to change roles and play to win then be the carnie and take the bucks! You have the option of having us staff the party or have us assist you in making it a more interactive experiance with group participation.. A typical party will have family and friends run the games with our assistance. A popular option is to have the children run everything with adult supervision. The children are given party bucks to play with and buy their food and drinks. As a carnie, the children take the party bucks and hand out prize tickets to winners of the games, they learn to be responsible and how to work as a team.

- Guests arrive and mingle

- Guests choose a packet and read the rules of the games.

- Guests each get $50 in party bucks to use at the carnival. Each game payes the winner in prize tickets that can be redeemed for prizes at the end of the party. They can also win or buy raffle tickets for other prizes that can be raffled off at the end of the party. Usually these are "Extra cool gifts" for the attendees to win that are provided by the party host.

- Go over rules and how it all works with the guests.

- Roles are determined and assigned by choosing game and player cards

- Carnies get approns, tickets and costume vests

- Carnies take their positions at games and consessions, after they are done they "cash out" with the ringmaster and get paid an extra $20 in party bucks to use on the games.

- Players use their party bucks to buy food and play the games

- Players line up at games and play to win prize and raffle tickets, each game booth position can also have other prizes if the host desires such as a top score or bullseye etc...- giant inflatable or stuffed animals etc..

- Players buy food and drinks from concessions with their party bucks.

- Games like Limbo, bubble gum contest, and hula hoop, pay party bucks for prizes giving guests the opportunity to get more party bucks.

20 to 30 min rotation of players and carnies, depending on the amount of children at the party and your desired party timeline.

- Guests count up their tickets and get ticket slips for the prize booth

- Guests choose their prizes at the prize booth
